Focus on staying hydrated and consuming raw fruits and vegetables, while minimizing processed foods.<\/li><li>It&#8217;s normal for round red marks to remain after cupping. These typically fade within 3 days to 1 week, depending on individual healing. The color of the marks may range from bright red to a darker purple, indicating varying levels of toxin buildup.
